Products available on the Website can only be delivered to the UK, EU countries, and other worldwide locations based on availability. Bon Monkee items will be dispatched from our UK warehouse to the provided delivery address within 5-10 business days.

If the delivery address is outside the UK and EU, additional import duties may apply, and you are responsible for these charges. We will reimburse you for any customs duties incurred within the UK or EU.

8. Cancellation and Return

We have a 14-day return policy, requiring items to be returned within 14 days from the dispatch date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn / unused, with tags, without wear or tear, and in its original packaging. A valid original receipt (or a copy for single-item returns from multiple purchases) is also required.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or exceed the specified timeframe may not be accepted and might be returned to the customer.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@bonmonkee.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the package. Sending the package to the sender's address without prior request may result in us being unable to accept the return.

Upon approval of the exchange, the item(s) must be sent to us within the next 3 working days. Please note that postage, shipping, or customs costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Damages and Issues / Wrong Items Shipped

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Personalised, Sale Items, and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
